New decade, New beginnings in 2020

A happy New Year and decade to all!

The last few months has certainly bought devastation and heartache to many communities across Australia as we’ve watched loss of life, property and our beautiful animals and wildlife. While the  summer season is not yet over, there has been wonderful stories of bravery, resilience and kindness.

And even as the fires continue in some parts, regrowth and new life is already appearing in some areas of the bush.

At McCarthy & Co, we have also experienced change over recent months as some of our team move on to retirement and other opportunities. We thank them each of them for their service to the Practice and wish them well in future endeavours.

Change of course brings new beginnings and growth.

We now have the opportunity to build a new lean qualified professional McCarthy & Co team who will continue to care for all our client’s accounting requirements.

With expertise and experience as a business owner for 20 years, this year I will celebrate 30 years in Public Practice as an accountant. In as much as anyone can forsee the future, I plan to work in Public Practice for another 20 years. I personally believe the future is bright in business and for everyone in Australia to rebuild and grow.
